Real Techniques Collectors Edition Sculpting Set.

Another amazing value set from Real Techniques which includes three brushes - Sculpting Brush, Fan Brush and a Setting Brush - Accentuate your favourite features, create defined contours for added depth, or simply enhance your natural bone structure with RT's Collector’s Edition Sculpting Set. With the use of light and dark makeup shades, this set gives you the flexibility to transform your look.
Each brush is a special design: a sleek, high-shine pink instead of the classic matte.
  • sculpting brush: features a wide, angled head specially designed to help create defined contours
  • fan brush (exclusive to set): softly sweeps on powders + whisks away any excess makeup for an even finish
  • setting brush: the key to completing any look with a controlled dusting of powder or highlighter
They certainly don't disappoint, I love every single one of them.. I've never owned a Fan brush as thought they were rather pointless, but once I'd tried it to apply my highlighter.. I'm a complete convert! It just applies like a dream making my highlighter look so much more natural, as it leaves such a light dusting of the product. The setting brush is also great for contouring the sides of my nose if I choose to do a full on face contour otherwise I just use to set my under eye powder.. The sculpting brush is perfect for contour & 'Sculpting' my cheek bones.. A great set for everyone.

Available in stores now as released March 2015 for £19.99.

Real Techniques - Nic's Pick's.

Real Techniques brushes have quickly taken over my whole brush collection, I no longer reach for any other brands as I love how they apply make up and how soft they feel, making applying my make up a breeze!! This collection of Nic's favourite brushes, including 3 exclusives. Nic's Picks is an essential for every collection and is the sequel to Sam's picks the quality is the same the only difference is these brushes have a sexy chrome handle instead of brightly coloured. Nic's Picks Collection includes 5 brushes with limited edition designs:

- Real Techniques Duo-Fiber Powder Brush
Gently picks up powder pigments and softly buffs it into the skin. Product will be picked up and distributed evenly over the face allowing you to control the amount applied.

- Real Techniques Base Shadow Brush
One of Nic's all-time favourite brushes. Flat enough to pack on the colour with, but firm enough to blend with. Also great for buffing over concealer.

- Real Techniques Cheek Brush (exclusively available in this collection)
Has denser bristles to enable you to build colour. Imagine an expert face brush but softer and rounder. The tapered finish means you can use this for bronzer and highlighter application also.

- Real Techniques Angled Shadow Brush (exclusively available in this collection)
Designed to fit in the crease of the eye to add depth. The soft angle also makes applying shadow under the eyebrow arch simple.

- Real Techniques Eyeliner Brush (exclusively available in this collection)
Softly angled, this is the perfect brush to apply shadow to the lashline and for creating a blown out liner look with eye shadow. Use with gel liner to create a feline flick which is made easy by the angle of the brush.

Each brush does it's job perfectly, with ease, grabbing just the right amout of product and leaving my make up looking flawless, as with all RT brushes I use the brushes for different tasks not just using it for what it says in the description and they don't disappoint! If your stuck for Christmas gift ideas.. Any girl would love to unwrap these on Christmas morning or If you wish to simply treat yourself!

They retail for around £29.99 which I think is great for five brushes!

Real Techniques Mini Brush Trio

I really like Real Techniques brushes, I think I own them all and a few of them I own Back ups! When I received this Trio, I had seen a press release and knew I wanted it but when it arrived, I was shocked as it is Teeny Tiny! But after opening them and trying them out I can confirm the quality is just as good as the full sized brushes.. They do say good things come in small packages!

This Real Techniques mini brush trio* is your solution for a flawless look on the go, It contains a
mini foundation brush: use with liquid foundation or concealer to touch up throughout the day.
mini shading brush: transform your eye shadow on-the-go from day natural to night glam
mini face brush: effortlessly apply powder, blush and bronzer as needed during the day.
mini pouch: keep your handbag spotless

I have photographed the trio next to an Essie polish to show you the actual size. They are perfect for travel and popping in your handbag, each brush can be used for mulitple tasks and with different products. I am sure Buying a back up as they take up no space!

I love these and am really impressed, I am hoping that the Pixi Sisters bring out a mini Eye set.. That would be PERFECT as I have a slight obsession with mini and Travel sized products! The price I think is a little high at £9.99 considering you can buy 3-5 full sized brushes for a few pounds more.. But travel sized products are always a little higher in price?

You can pick them up from Beauty Store 4U  for £9.95 with free UK Delivery!

Real Techniques Retractable Bronzing Brush.

The Bronzer Brush is firm and full duo fibre, and will be great for picking up just the right amount of product. Amazing also for powder foundations. This one is perfect for applying powder - face powder, blush or Bronzer as the bristles are lovely and soft picking up just the right amount of product and blends perfectly creating a flawless look. I love that the metal tube lifts up to allow you to put the lid back on without trapping or ruining the bristles, This year I am hoping & praying that the girls release some more eye brushes as I love the brand and really think they would just make the brand better a blending brush & crease brush would complete my life! Ha...

Real Techniques Retractable Kabuki Brush.

A kabuki really is the key make-up bag essential. Not only can you use for it bronzer, loose powder and blending, but the angled cut is great for contouring too. With a retractable neck and plastic lid, so the brush bristles stay perfect for longer. I really like that the metal tube lifts up to enable you to put the lid back on, protecting the bristles from bending or becoming trapped!. The bristles are lovely and soft but the head is really firm, perfect for buffing in foundation, powder etc. Real Techniques brushes have become firm favourites and I find myself reaching for them daily over my more expensive Sigma or MAC brushes, I cannot fault them and this brush is a welcomed addition, the only con I can think if is... The brand don't have enough eye Brushes!! I hope that they release some more this Year?

You can pick this Kabuki brush from most boots stores or online for £11.99.
