I'm going to London in a couple of weeks to visit my Cousin, whenever I do we always spend a day in central London either Sight seeing or Shopping.. Actually we usually always end up shopping! I love going to Harrods as it's so big and luxurious! They always have great exclusives, I thought I'd have a little browse online before I go and decided to do a little wishlist of products I want to own!

I really like the look of this Burberry Beauty Runway Nail Set  it is £90.00 for 6 polishes, it looks perfect for spring/summer, the colours look so pretty. 

I am a sucker for an eye shadow palette so when I spotted these Smooth Eyeshadow Quad Smoky by  Dolce and Gabbana  my heart did a little flutter at £39.50 that's just under ten pound per shadow in a gorgeous palette I'm sold! I love my Diorskin BB Crème it's a great natural base for no make up days, so when I saw they have a Diorskin Nude Tan BB Crème, I really wanted to see what it's like as it would be perfect for my upcoming holiday to sicily to turn me into a bronze goddess - Wishful thinking!! It's the same price as the original at £30.00. 

As if I don't already own enough nail polish... this duo by Dior caught my eye I just think the name is cute - Vernis Bird Of Paradise the shades are both so pretty, priced at £22.00 not bad for a luxury brand..Last but not least as I have had my eye on these little balls of beauty for a while, I just love the packaging and think the pearls look like delicious tiny sweeties! It is the Guerlain Meteorites Pearls but at £37.50 I have held off but maybe being in Harrods I may treat myself!...

The Bronzer Brush is firm and full duo fibre, and will be great for picking up just the right amount of product. Amazing also for powder foundations. This one is perfect for applying powder - face powder, blush or Bronzer as the bristles are lovely and soft picking up just the right amount of product and blends perfectly creating a flawless look. I love that the metal tube lifts up to allow you to put the lid back on without trapping or ruining the bristles, This year I am hoping & praying that the girls release some more eye brushes as I love the brand and really think they would just make the brand better a blending brush & crease brush would complete my life! Ha...

Real Techniques Retractable Kabuki Brush.

A kabuki really is the key make-up bag essential. Not only can you use for it bronzer, loose powder and blending, but the angled cut is great for contouring too. With a retractable neck and plastic lid, so the brush bristles stay perfect for longer. I really like that the metal tube lifts up to enable you to put the lid back on, protecting the bristles from bending or becoming trapped!. The bristles are lovely and soft but the head is really firm, perfect for buffing in foundation, powder etc. Real Techniques brushes have become firm favourites and I find myself reaching for them daily over my more expensive Sigma or MAC brushes, I cannot fault them and this brush is a welcomed addition, the only con I can think if is... The brand don't have enough eye Brushes!! I hope that they release some more this Year?

Clarins Opalescence Collection - Multi Blushes in Peach & Grenadine.

I finally have the collection! I can definitely say it was worth the wait, it is more beautiful in the flesh the photo's don't do them justice, I have decided seperate posts for each catergory as I think it would be too much in just one, I hope you like it this way?!

Packaged in Clarins’ signature luxury gold packaging, making them products which are perfect inside and out. Firstly I have Peach 01* -  is a gorgeous peachy coral very pretty in the pan and once it's applied to the skin, this is such a summery shade, I think it would be perfect with a bronzed face to add a little flush to your cheeks.

The formula of these blushes is light and applies smoothly. As for the texture, it's definitely not oily or greasy, but I wouldn’t call  it cream-to-powder, it’s creamy enough to blend seamlessly into skin and foundation, The blush itself is matte, but since it’s a cream formula, you’re left which a subtle glow, which looks stunning especially for Spring/Summer.

Grenadine 03*  A beautiful bright red, coral, pink in the pan but a lot more subtle shade, once blended into your cheek, it is very buildable you could adapt to your preference making it as bright or as light to suit your look.

There are four shades in this collection, the other two are 02 Candy and 04 Rosewood which are just as pretty, I may go and purchase them once released to add to my collection!

BECCA Luminous skin colour Foundation

Luminous Skin Colour it's a sheer moisturising foundation with a beautiful "brightening" effect, it's the type of foundation that allows me to skip concealer, I love it for "no makeup" days or good skin days. I have the shade 'Sand' which is a neutral Ivory colour that neutralises my pink tone beautifully.

I like this foundation is because it has such a moisturising texture. It's been the only foundation I've felt comfortable applying on non-moisturised skin. I usually never skip  moisturiser. The finish is dewy/luminous. I usually stay away from dewy but I find that this lasts well on my skin when set with powder.

The coverage is so sheer that many believe it resembles a tinted moisturiser. I don’t think calling it a tinted moisturiser is accurate as Tinted moisturisers tend to have a creamy and thicker consistency.  Becca Luminous Skin Colour is really like a skintone veil.  It still allows your skin colour to show through a veil of colour .  It evens out your skin or gives you the hint of a tan depending on how dark you go, which is something else that is unique about this foundation collection.  You could probably match with multiple colour washes because the colours are so sheer. I also have this in Olive for when I go away to add a little natrual tan, This range of foundation tones allows your skin to show through, while offering a veil of colour to even you out. 

It is so light in texture that it feels like you have no foundation on, I really love it, If I had to compare with another foundation I'd say it's a little like Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua in some ways but it is a lovely foundation in it's own right.. I picked mine up for £5.99!! From Fragrance direct which is such a bargain as these usually sell for £32..

Becca Pressed Shimmer Powder in Nefertiti  is a multi-use product that can be used as a blush, highlighter, brow highlight it's a soft golden pink, it gives a gorgeous luminous glow that is very soft and subtly, no glitter which I love! It comes in a beautiful variety of shades, depending on your skin tone.

 I felt this shade warmed up my pale skin without being obvious. The texture of this powder is very soft. It feels completely luxurious; however, I do worry that it might break easily, so I would use extra care when handling this product.

The powder is really soft, blends amazingly almost melting into your skin, I picked mine up from Xtras for £9.99 which is such a bargain as these usually sell for £30. I have tried 5-6 products from this brand and it is such great quality.

Revive Active health supplement drink.

Revive Active is a health supplement drink* It's not something I'd usually take, but one on my NY resolutions was to become more healthy and more active. I was given seven sachets to try having one a day for a week. All you have to do is add the powder to a glass or juice or orange - Simple! I put mine in Orange juice it tasted a little strange but was definitely drinkable. The drink contains a number of active ingredients. There are far too many to list here, 26 in total, but among them is:

• Thiamine to support healthy cardiac function

• CoQ10 and Vitamin E working together as an antioxidant

• Vitamin C to support the immune system.

• Vitamin B12 to help promote good energy levels.

It all sounds very healthy. The ingredients have been carefully selected. It is suitable for vegans, coeliacs, diabetics and vegetarians. It is also gluten free.

After each sachet, I noticed I felt more awake, had more energy feeling less sluggish, but as I only had a 7 day sample the long term affects may be more effective.

French beauty brand Yves Rocher has unveiled Youthful Glow Foundation, powder & concealer, introducing smoothing pearls wrapped in rose extracts to its formula, with the power of optical correction for a youthful effect. I don't hear much about this brand? but all the products I have tried are great quality.

The pearls allow a better match with the skin and do not accentuate fine lines, reflecting light more evenly. It gives such a beautiful glow to your skin, it gives you the 'lit from within' look, it has quite a floral scent so if you don't like scented products this may not be one for you, but I don't mind it as once its blended in the scent disappears. The packaging is a gorgeous rose gold colour and looks very swish! My shade is 100 rose beige which is a lovely colour on my skin.

The smoothing texture instantly reduces signs of ageing for optimal coverage, while the creamy fluid melds with the skin to restore the complexion’s glow and gives a satiny matte finish. The fine texture of the Youthful Glow Foundation moisturises skin for a feeling of comfort throughout the day. New Youthful Glow Foundation available online since December, priced at £27. The powder compact is also lovely in the same luxe packaging this soft as silk finely milled powder is a perfect handbag powder for dusting away shine on the go!

As you can see The Clarins Bronzing Duo* is a really nice two duo matte powder, one side is fairly light but the other is much darker. Mixed together they make the perfect glowing effect for the face, used alone the darker shade provides a really nice matte shade to contour the cheek bones. The powder is fairly matte but quite illuminating without no glitter. The texture is super soft and it buffs effortless into the skin for a silky smooth vevelty finish.

I have really enjoyed using it and it is now in my make up bag for daily use which means it is a winner in my eyes as I always find myself reaching for it. Priced at £26, I personally don't mind paying for quality, but I'm not the only one who must think this as it won two awards in 2013!
