Clarins Bronzing Duo

I have been using this Bronzing Duo as it subtly warms the complexion all year round with a very natural, sun-kissed look. Its formula combines the benefits of plants with the purity of minerals to ensure perfect affinity with the skin.

The colour harmonies comprise two shade intensities which can be blended and shaded as desired to modulate your tanned look. Triple protection against pollution thanks to white tea extract, free radicals thanks to crowberry extract and vitamin E and against UVA/UVB rays thanks to a 100% mineral SPF 15 sun filter.

With a Mineral Sunlight Complex: a combination of mineral pigments to give pure, radiant colour and sun-kissed pearls with a gold and bronze shimmer to warm the skin with "Light Optimizing +" complex: instantly captures, diffuses and magnifies the light.

It Reduces Fine lines and small imperfections are visibly minimised. The complexion is luminous and even. Plant Micropatch®: maintains supple, comfortable, moisturised skin. The texture is super fine, feeling like silk. It is very natural and doesn't leave you looking muddy or orange, which is something I always look for in a bronzer.

As you can see The Clarins Bronzing Duo* is a really nice two duo matte powder, one side is fairly light but the other is much darker. Mixed together they make the perfect glowing effect for the face, used alone the darker shade provides a really nice matte shade to contour the cheek bones. The powder is fairly matte but quite illuminating without no glitter. The texture is super soft and it buffs effortless into the skin for a silky smooth vevelty finish.

I have really enjoyed using it and it is now in my make up bag for daily use which means it is a winner in my eyes as I always find myself reaching for it. Priced at £26, I personally don't mind paying for quality, but I'm not the only one who must think this as it won two awards in 2013!

Winner of Best Bronzer - Cosmopolitan Beauty Awards 2013
Winner of Best Powder Bronzer- Woman & Home Best in Beauty 2013.
