Kiehl's Micro-Blur Perfector

Kiehl’s micro-blur skin perfector is a lightweight, satin finish skin-perfecting formula that combines an instant blurring effect with long-lasting, visible skincare results. It promise's to refine the appearance of pores and improve the texture of skin over time which I think is interesting for an instant blur product. Kiehl’s advise using this as the last step in your skin care routine day and night. The Micro-Blur Skin Perfector feels “balmy” – gliding on smoothly on the skin – but does not leave a waxy or greasy finish. It contains a blend of Lipo Hydroxy Acid (LHA), which gently exfoliates to give you radiant, smoother skin; lentil extract, which helps to strengthen and tighten pores, and bark extract, which helps give a smoother texture. The formula is good for oily skin and I could see slight improvement of appearance after 4 weeks. I'm really impressed with it, my skin stays matified and complexion looks brighter, clearer and smoother. It has made my large pores on my nose appear much smaller and less noticeable which I think is amazing!
The Kiehl’s Micro-Blur Skin Perfector* is paraben-free, dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic and is appropriate for all skin types and skin tones.

Available at £23.00 for 30ml.

Kiehl's Creme de Corps

This Superb All-Over Body Moisturiser is enriched with the finest ingredients known to Kiehl's for a rich elegant skin texture. It leaves my skin really soft and hydrated perfect for everyday use, I apply mine straight after my bath or shower, my fake tan glides over my skin, meaning it never streaks or clings to my elbows or knees. The cream is light enough to apply in the morning but also rivh enough to apply before bed to wake with beautifully soft feel skin!
It is non greasy and has a lovely fresh subtle scent, I really have been loving all the kiehls products I have tried and have a very long list of more of their products I'd love to try like the Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Eye Cream, Creamy Avocado Eye Cream, Kiehl’s Super Multi-Corrective Cream and the Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Cream SPF 30 to name a few.. Prices start from £8.50 available on Kiehls.co.uk or from department stores.

Kiehls Midnight Recovery Eye

A superb companion to Midnight Recovery Concentrate, Midnight Recovery Eye helps to improve skin's appearance around the eye. With the same naturally derived ingredients as Midnight Recovery Concentrate, as well as Butcher’s Broom, this night treatment leaves under-eye skin feeling replenished. Midnight Recovery Eye’s cream texture is specifically formulated for the delicate eye area.

It improved the look of my dark circles pretty much over night, It's absorbs quickly with little effort, you only need a tiny amount each night. Value for money due to the miniscule amount required nightly. It is a light weight, hydrating treatment that just transformed my tired, puffy eyes into youthful, fresh eyes like I've had 14 hours sleep! It really is a great product, I think it works amazingly well with Kiehls midnight Recovery concentrate together they are a dream team..

The tube is 15ml and sells for £24.50 with I think is about average for a high end brand, if you suffer from dark circles, dry or puffy eyes, you need to get a sample and try this.. You won't regret it! Kiehls is such a great brand..once I finish this I want to try the Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Eye Cream, it sounds fantastic!

Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream

The Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream is actually a pretty lightweight cream that could be used for everyday. It sinks in fairly fast and did'nt leave any residue behind. While it's substantial enough to be used as a night cream, but I I think it would also work well as a day cream for people with more drier skin under makeup. I've tried it both as a day and night cream, with no problems, It also seems a little thinner than some of the other Kiehl's creams I've tried, the Ultra Facial Cream also has no fragrance, which is great.

The ingredients for the Ultra Facial Cream are also really great if you're looking to moisturise your skin. The key ingredients are water, as well as Glycerin, very useful in skincare. Also ingredients that help to moisturise the skin. These include Squalane, another excellent moisturising ingredient, Bis-PEG-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, which is an ingredient that helps with moisturising the skin, and improving the texture of the cream, Sucrose Stearate, another emollient, and Stearyl Alcohol, which despite the "alcohol" in its name is actually not drying to skin - it's a fatty alcohol, which helps to moisturise the skin. because so many emollients in the cream mean it could be pretty heavy-feeling, Ultra Facial Cream is packed with lots of humectants and emollients, to give you great hydration, while still feeling light on the skin. There are also some plant extracts, the main ones being Prunus Armeniaca Kernel Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Persea Gratissima Oil, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil, and Oryza Sativa Bran Oil, great additions as natural moisturisers for the skin.

So if you're looking for a cream that offers great hydration with a solid formula, if you're looking for a value for money purchase that's effective, then this is worth checking out, I do think this cream is pretty good it didn't make my Normal/combination skin greasy and would be great for dry/sensitive skin as it is really nourishing. Available at Kiehls.co.uk from £24.00, I am really loving this brand at the moment the products are brilliant and I am seeing real improvements in my skin, the next face cream I have my eye on is the Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Cream! It sounds amazing.. *adds to Wishlist*

kiehls midnight recovery concentrate

The Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate is a night serum designed to help repair your skin as you sleep and deliver hydration and balance your skin with its key ingredients of squalene and evening primrose oil and my favourite part of this serum is – lavender oil. The Midnight Recovery Concentrate is infused with the wonderfully relaxing scent of lavender. I started using this about one month ago not only has it improved my skin massively, I've also noticed I sleep better?!

I love the deep blue glass bottle this elixir comes in. With the hygienic dropper squeeze top that dispenses just enough serum, I put 2-3 drops on the tips of my fingers warm it up and then lightly press the product into my skin the gently rub in - sort of giving myself a mini facial massage, which adds to my relaxation. I noticed almost immediately how velvety my skin felt. There are no silicones nor parabens in the Midnight Recovery Concentrate. It does not feel nor look oily if used correctly and my skin feels plumped and hydrated. It actually feels like water which my skin just drinks it up straight away.

It absorbs and dries quickly. Kiehl’s says your skin will look visibly better in the morning. I tested this theory in the 2 weeks that I used only the Midnight Recovery Concentrate without night cream. Yes it does look good in the morning. It looks rested and better and I feel more rested too! I attribute it to the lavender oil that helps me relax so I sleep better and so with my body relaxed, of course the skin will look better. I use it now with night cream and things are looking pretty good. Somehow the combination just works.

Overall I am very very impressed with this, my skin is looking better especially my forehead which had some serious frown lines from not wearing sun glasses and of course frowning too much... Blame my Husband!! I really can see an improvement and reduction in them, making them more softer allowing my foundation to sit smoothly on top. 30ml costs £36.00 but as you only use 2-3 tiny drops it'll last you forever!. I really want to try the eye cream that is part of this collection... *adds to wishlist*
