NOTD - Models Own Pink Punch

Today I am sporting one of my Favourite shades, I love Bright, Neon Corals & this one is super bright & makes me feel all Summery & Happy, I woke up this morning with the Sun streaming through my blinds, so decided to paint my nails as I had a spare 5 mins whilst the baby slept!

It is the most stunning Neon Coral, I've seen... I also love Orly's Passion fruit & Models Own Hedonist...

NOTD -ModelsOwn Own Shades.

Just a quick post to show you what I have painted my nails with today! As the sun is shining i went for a gorgeous neon pinky coral.. I absolutely love bright nails and this is one of my favourite shades to wear in Spring/Summer.
I hope you all have an amazing weekend and this sun keeps shing for us all!

I absolutely love a bright, neon nail polish for Spring/Summer especially the latest Neon Pastel shades, they just look really pretty on any colour skin, they instantly cheer me up and brighten my mood, here are my top five.. It was really really hard to choose..

NOTD Models Own Grey Day

Model's Own "Grey Day" is a grey cream. Grey Day has the most unbelievable shine and gloss to it. I applied two coats Wow! Grey Day has the most beautiful mirror-gloss like effect. the colour  looks so sophisticated.

Very pretty on your nails & lasts a good few days before chipping! I also like to add glitter top coat or a bright pink accent nail!

NOTD Models Own Emerald Black

Today i am wearing Models Own Emerald Black, I really like this colour as it looks just like any old dark polish until the light hits it & then you get a stunning greeny turquoise shimmer running through your nail.

It is perfect for these winter months, Emerald Black,is described as a bold blackened midnight peacock. Also looks stunning with a glitter top coat for an extra bit of sparkle!

NOTD Models Own Disco Mix

I'm such a huge fan of Models Own polishes, there is such an enormous variety of not just colours, they have a wide selection of chrome finish, shimmers, glitters, metals, crackle and of course, all the colours you need for a perfect french manicure.

This colour is just stunning,  With flecks of sparkly blue, purple and pink, it looks amazing when the light hits your nails, it looks incredible, it can also be worn over the top of so many different colours to add a bit of bling.

 

It's perfect for adding a touch of sparkle to a plain outfit or a little black dress! 

It also dries extremely quickly, I love the look of Glitter varnish, However I'm sometimes a little hesitant about buying it, purely because it is such a hassle to remove. But I love this & would highly recommend this shade if you're into glitter!

NOTD Models Own Purple Mystique

Purple Mystique is  a rich smokey aubergine duo chrome magenta colour with small glitter that is in several colours. Blue/green, purple/pinkish etc.

Very pretty and great for this time of year!

What's your favourite varnish at the moment?

NOTD Models Own Purple Passion.

I first saw pictures of this on Google and they all looked so bright & sort of Neon, so was a bit surprised when i opened my Package with my order as it is darker Than i expected.

It’s a lovely rich blue shade of purple that manages to have a lot of red in it, but still comes out on the cool side. I really do think that this would be flattering on anyone and everyone.

I don't own many purples as i'm more of a pink or coral girl, but i do like this for Autumn as it still has a bit of brightness to it.

Can you recommend any purple nail varnishes?
 

NOTD Models Own Pastel Pink

I'm clinging on to summer with both hands, i much prefer lighter nail colours in Pinks & Corals, so i thought i would chance this little beauty!

Models Own Pastel Pink is a gorgeous creamy baby pink, it goes great with most skin tones & i get comments every time i wear it.

I am really enjoying Models Own at the moment, they have great colour ranges & also have pretty good lasting power :)

This will be my last outing until next Spring, i will be wearing my Autumn/Winter polishes from this weekend!

Can't wait to wear all the Glitters in the party season :)

NOTD Models Own Pink Blush

Today i am travelling down to Birmingham with my Husband, we are going to do some ** Disclaimer i am going to mention the C word ** Christmas shopping & a night away, my little girl is being packed up & shipped off to her Grandparents for the night.

I decided that i wanted to have some bright nails to brighten up these dark mornings & Evenings we are having!

So i slapped on Models Own Pink Blush!

It is such a lovely colour its not too bright, a great warm Pink creme colour that can be worn anytime or the year!!

I look these Polishes they have great lasting power & have a fantastic range of shades!

**Look out for their 50% sales they have a few times a year, i was able to pick up quite a few in their last one, but was a bit miffed i missed out on Bubblegum pink as it sold out super fast :(

NOTD Models Own Utopia

Today i am wearing the Gorgeous Utopia by Models Own.

This colour is Stunning a very simple Creamy Grey with a lilac/pink look to it, it is hard to describe but its a understated colour that looks amazing on.

It can be worn alone or with a Glitter top coat, i love it with Juicy Jules by Models Own :)

Favourite Autumn Nail Varnish - Neutrals

In Autumn i also love wearing neutral shades ready for the bright glittery party shades during the Christmas holiday season!

Orly - Country Club Khaki.

This colour is a gorgeous toned down khaki, that has a lovely warmth to it, i love Orly polishes they have great lasting power on me & apply easily.

Orly - Mirror Mirror.

This is a stunning creme grey colour, it applies so easily and goes will all skin types, also looks great with Models Own Juicy Jules over it for a subtle sparkle.

Orly - Rage.

This is the most beautiful polish i own, the colour is so intense, i actually wear it all year, but think it looks great for Autumn as it is so warm & lovely looking!



Essie - Sand Tropez.

This is a lovely muted beige nude with a touch of grey cream, It is a cool-toned colour and looks pretty.a very sophisticated nude that is good for both work & play.

Models Own - Utopia.

This colour is one of those shades that everyone loves, it is lovely milky lilacy grey white polish which is something I'd never thought I'd actually like as much as I do. I'm usually drawn to brights or glitters, and I think when I got Utopia I didn't think so much of it. It's a perfect, easy, go-to nail colour as it is simple, chic and classic. I love wearing it in the summer or in the winter,



Ciate - Bon Bon.
This is a pretty colour it is a Greyish nude with a lilacy, dusky pink tones. it is another simple classic colour, quite elegant and could be worn for work or play.

Favourite Autumn Nail Varnish - Colours

Autumn has definitely arrived & my heating has been turned on!

I cannot believe Christmas is around the corner... I have decided to share some of my favourite Autumn varnishes i will be & have been wearing on my nails.


Nails Inc - Suffolk Street.
This is a beautiful aubergine purple, a grown up nail colour very sophisticated colour, great for work or a night out, great colour lasts around 3 days.

Models Own - Emerald Black.
This is a stunning black duo chrome polish that has flecks of green shimmer, it transfers to the nail & gives a lovely colour changing in different lights. This lasts around 4 days on me without chipping.

Nails Own - Paris.
A Deep warm Purple, a tribute to the most romantic city in the world & a beautiful sunset over the Eiffel tower! I got this in a promotion with Diet Coke. Such a pretty colour, lasts around 4 days on me.

Ciate - Wait Until Dark.This is an intense dark purple with gorgeous purple/gold shimmer, looks lovely, very shiny & lasts around 4 days on me.



Nails Inc - Henrietta Street.
This is a deep red wine colour, Looks gorgeous in the evening a twist on the classic red nail, streak free lasting around 3 days on me.

Nails Inc - Bow Street.
This is a gorgeous Dark metallic purple with fuchsia & purple sparkle running through it, looks amazing in different lights, easy to apply & lasts 4 days on me.

I Didn't realise i used so many Nails Inc in the Autumn! I hope you like my choices.

It must be L❤ve............Orly Passionfruit

I had been looking for the perfect Neon Coral not too red, orange or pink.. The search had been going on a good few months when i discovered Orly, i had not really heard of this brand before, it was always Opi or Essie so i decided try a couple & boy have i been missing out!!!

They apply so smoothly are are very opaque so usually cover in one coat, i think i have found a brand i am going to be spending quite a bit of money with - i have found a site online called Nailtopia who stock lots of different brands & nail products and are currently selling Orly Mani Mini's for £3.36 with free delivery if you spend over £10?

Anyway back to my perfect Neon Coral! ❤

Models Own Neon Coral

I’m sure you have all seen this new collection? 

Hedonist is part of a 5 piece collaboration between Models Own and 

Hed Kandi who are infamous on the music/club scene.

The polishes in the collection are not for the faint hearted as are either brights, 

neons or glitters.

Hedonist is definately vivid a neon Coral 

I didn't think it would be as vibrant once applied compared to in the bottle, but I 
was very mistaken! This is an amazing neon colour. 

As with Beach Party i found it was a little tricky to apply. The first coat was 
fairly streaky, But again after  another thin coat it evened out & the colour was 
super opaque.
It does however dry semi-matte so you may want to apply a top coat?

This is most definately a summer colour & would look great on both fingers & toes! (i love the colour so much i'd wear it year round!)

Hedonist  in my opinion suits all skin types, but would look amazing with a tan! 

Models Own polishes are brilliant quality and great value too - 14ml for £5, 

available at Boots and the Models own website.

I also bought Beach Party from the collection which is a Neon Orange❤
