Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser

Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser was released in Asia earlier this year and Now it has popped up in the US. I'm really hoping that it comes across the pond to the UK, reviews have dubbed it a dupe for Smash box & Benefit's porefessional primer, so I really have high hopes for it, If it is anything like the baby lips it will be fairly priced.
Translucent gel primer blurs the appearance of enlarged pores, lines and other imperfections to create a matte and flawless canvas for makeup to glide. Mattifying formula keeps skin feeling and looking fresh with a baby soft feel, improving the staying power of your foundation while creating the look of a more refined and smoother skin texture..

  • Bye bye pores one second away from poreless baby skin!
  • On contact, translucent gel melts on skin and instantly erase pores, imperfections, lines and creases.
  • Skin looks instantly transformed into a perfect smooth canvas.
  • Skin is shine free, even and baby smooth for all day.
  • No burden to skin.
  • Mistake proof.
  • No mirror need.
  • Does not clog pores.
  • So light, you forget it's on.
  • How to Use:
  • Apply all over face or on concerned areas.
  • Suitable for all skin tones and types.
  • Pack Size - 22ml

  • Release date TBC.

If you really can't wait to try it, I've found a site HERE, that sells it for £10.00 with free P&P to the UK.

    Maybelline Quad in Coral Drama

I have viewed this palette from afar looking at swatches, Umming & Ahhing as to one I need it & two if I'll use it but when I was browsing eBay & came across a brand new, sealed one for £3.55 including postage, instead of its usual £7.19, it was in my basket & paid for before I had chance to change my mind! Once I had it in my hands I am so glad I bought it, the shades are lovely & perfect for this time of year.

As you can see, the colours are all very shimmery and metallic, the colours are pigmented, creamy and A great combination of colours. They are great colours for Autumn/Winter in lovely rusty bronze shades, There's a shimmery cream colour, with the hint of gold in it, which warms it up, I use this for a highlight on my brow bone and in my inner corner of my eye. The gold shimmery colour I used all over the lid, and put the bright light coral colour at the outer corner of my eye/in the crease. The final dark burgundy colour I use on the outer corner. This would look great on any eye colour but I particularly like it with my blue eyes it really makes them pop!

    What Maybelline say..
    • Rich colour. Smooth feel.
    • Innovative formula with silk pigments creates the ultimate shadow texture and luminosity. Illuminate – Sweep lightest shade all over eye using wider side of applicator, from lash line to brow bone. Blend – Apply second shade across full lid; using tapered end of brush, add shade to lower lash line for depth. Emphasise – Sweep third shade from inner corner to middle of lid. Contour – Line darkest shade on upper lash line with tapered end of brush for added intensity.
Overall I am really impressed & will definitely snap some more up at this price, I would pay full price for another but prefer a bargain & will be stalking eBay for other shades.

    Maybelline The Eraser Concealer Review

I was really looking forward to trying this as I'd watched several Youtube video's from the USA, it looked like something I'd love unlike the foundation which I found to be very greasy & hard to apply without streaks & patches. It took nearly a Year? To cross the pond & I snapped it up ASAP.....

I got mine in 'light' & to me it still seems a little darker than my usually 'light' concealers, I do like it & the coverage is pretty good, I'm just not Blown away by it, I will continue to use it & may even repurchase as it is a good concealer, They do a brightening shade but I'm not sure if we got it in the UK? I think that would be better for me.

The coverage is light/medium but can be built up, it doesn't crease into my fine lines & it very smooth almost gel-like so blends easily. I wish the did more colour choices as so far I have only found 'Light' or 'medium'..... Are there more choices?

Overall it is a great product but to me it didn't live up to the YT hype of the Miracle product it was portrayed as I'll still use along with my Bourgois Healthy mix, my L'Oreal Perfect Match, my L'Oreal Lumi pen, my Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer, my collection lasting perfection, my Benefit Fake up........ As you can see I am still on the look out for my HG Concealer!

Have you found your Holy Grail Concealer?

Maybelline Colour Sensational Vivids - Mac Dupe?

I bought Shocking Coral 870, which some are saying is a dupe for MAC Party Parrot? i don't own so can't compare but from the pictures I've seen it's a pretty close match! Now bright goes gorgeous, never garish.Brighter colour with exclusive vivid pigments.Creamier feel from nourishing honey nectar.

This colour is a seriously bright coral perfect for brightening up a miserable dark day in winter or a splash of colour in summer with a tan!

I was instantly drawn to it & had to purchase it there & then, i also liked Neon Red 890, but it was not a colour i could wear easily.

The lipstick is lovely & creamy, but i would say it is slightly matte?, very bright & highly pigmented. It feel pretty moisturising on the lips, i did notice it stained my lips which for me is a good thing as i didn't need to reapply.

I bought mine from boots for £7.19. But they only had 3 of the available shades in my local Boots.

Are you brave enough to try one?
