Tips for keeping Hair Healthy....

1. NO Fad Diets! - A well-balanced diet is the best way to keep your hair healthy and strong. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, nuts, brown rice, beans and pulses,  and you’ll have tresses in top condition in no time. Also drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated.

2. Pay careful attention to how you wash your tresses: rub shampoo into the palms of your hands and distribute evenly, lather and repeat with half as much shampoo. Rinse and apply a matching conditioner mainly to the ends and mid-lengths. -  Reduce the impact of heat styling with a good protector spray or balm. Choose a non-greasy product that won’t weigh your hair down.

3. Apply a deep conditioning treatment. You can use deep conditioning treatments like olive oil, argan oil, avocado oil or Coconut Oil - Use a leave-in conditioner at least once a week. Leave-in conditioners penetrate deep into your hair cuticles to heal them more completely. Try a spray leave in conditioner/ detangler after you shower. The conditioner will make your hair tangle free and manageable.

4. Accessorise your healthy, gorgeous hair. Clips or barrettes can compliment beautiful hair but can cause split ends and snags I have been using Popbands as they have no metal they don't damage my hair, they come in all colours to suit everyones taste!

Bourjois Peach on the Beach

Bourjois jumped on the band wagon and released a lip gloss crayon, which as you are probably aware of as they been raved about over the past months. I first saw them and swatched when they came out last year, but decided to wait before I bought any, but with people claiming they are even better than the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain and the Clinique Chubby sticks which have also proven to be very popular. I decided to give into Superdrugs 3 for 2 offer..

I fell for 'Peach on the beach' as soon as I saw images of it. I just love this shade I have a weakness when I'm faced with anything 'Neon or Coral' and as you can see this shade is both! there are five other shades available in PruneRougeOrange PunchFuchsia LibraRed Sunrise. They retail for £7.99 which is exactly the same as the Revlon lip crayons.

The crayon is so lovely to apply, I immediately felt the hydration on my lips, The colour is lovely and very vibrant perfect for spring/summer. It also VERY glossy, I am very impressed with the colour pay off, ease to apply and longevity - I got a good 4-5hrs.. It states 10hrs but come on who ever believes that?!

Have you joined in with this trend, which are your favourite ones?

Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie Lip Gloss - Game Changer.

This Lipgloss is such an amazing colour, Such a vibrant, cherry red... it can be worn in any season or any time of day!. Naturally-derived Shea, Avocado and Murumuru butters help to deeply hydrate and smooth lips while an infusion of minerals revitalises lips for a healthy-looking pout. It has a lovely minty taste, not over powering just enough. It also gives a gorgeous sheen to your lips.

Embark on a total thrill glide with Marvellous MoxieLipgloss*, Luscious, vibrant colour loaded into a refreshing formula that slips on satiny-smooth for sheer-to-medium coverage with nonstop glistening shine. Lips look fuller and more voluptuous & overall better!

All the while, an encapsulated vitamin A, C and E complex helps to deliver antioxidant defence, so you're ready for anything—and everything. It really is such a lovely bright red, perfect for during the day to brighten up your look or a night out with a smokey eye, non sticky & super glossy. Giving your mouth a kissable shine!

Most of the Marvelous Moxie glosses have excellent pigmentation and Game Changer is no different…it does apply sheer at first stroke but you can build the colour to full opacity with two strokes. Everyone needs a red in their collection & this is stunning!

You can pick this up from the Bare Minerals website for £16.00.

Clarins lip Perfector in rosewood

This gorgeous lip gel has a juicy flavour for your enjoyment as the product works to nourish, repair and protect your lips for an incredible day-time or evening kissable look.

Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector* - 06 Rosewood Shimmer melts into your lips making them appear smoothed and glossy, with a three dimensional shimmer. It is a lovely colour very sheer & adds just enough to finish your look.

I am loving using this at the moment as it is moisturising & totally none sticky, which I love & look for in a Lip product, I think there are 5 Shades which all look lovely & might have to pick a few of them up!

The swatch looks a little more orange than the actual product, It's more of a nude shade with shimmer,  perfect for a bronzed look for the beach or a glam night out.
You can pick them up from most Clarins counters or online for around £17.00.
